At first Manvi just didn't reveal her true identity to him so that she could take revenge from MJ. She was not planning to trap him in her love or something like that

But the guy was already lusting/ obsessed with her

And I think in the precap it was in the past when Manvi just considered him as a friend/guide/ savior he was obsessed with her and tried to force himself upon her( giving excuse of his Beintehan one sided love) and that's what triggered the Maya in Manvi who couldn't tolerate someone playing with her 'IZZAT' once again ( look at her expression change) and that's when she decided to destroy this obsessive lover boy

I thought of the same things. He was already obsessed with her, he brought her home than taking care at a hospital. The creepy dialogue, the forcing and no one turns into a psycho after a betrayal. Theres shomething shady of him.

I swear, some of you lot love the word "psychopath" throwing around the term willy nilly without knowing or understand anything about it. You equate psychopath = evil and violent. Unfortunately pop culture has done the same and it doesn't help that in season 1, Saanjh was saying things like "psycho" too and the audience grabbed onto it. Maya is...mentally disturbed/unstable because of her past experiences and trauma. However, this does not justify imo Rishi's death as she manipulated the situation and him and it resulted in that.
