Yes ,their entry was strong symbolic and did notice mini was carrying Neil's bag throughout .this was other symbolic way ( carrying, sharing his past ,pain ) and even new sbs segment when they are in haveli Mini was carrying it

And if you see the segment... Mini was behaving normally in front of arya and even in front preet also she dint blame Neil she said that he gave her signals but she dint get them... That's the love he has for him....

Yes ,she is not blaming him and that's the good thing .she is avoiding him because she thinks it was one side love and he was treating her as friend only and that's why she is stopping herself now but all this will be cleared only when she gets to read the letter .
