She did it because she had to emotionally blackmail Rudra against MJ by showing him Rajeev's wounds. It was purely for her selfish reasons even if she had no doubt of his loyalty. She simply did it to use him in her favour like she always does.
Rishi's death is the reason I won't consider this a man-woman behaviour regarding Rudra's Rudra roop in the upcoming track.

Even I am chilling. Don't use too much of brains as it will be no use. We overestimated B2 team.
We underestimated them with Diya's track, yes thw sonography thing was stupid, but hiking hCG was a hell of an idea! Also, not killing but still weakening Diya, making her question her place in the world was smart.
I would have appreciated Antara's track too, but the news reporter makes me puke everytime I think of her, so no, that one was good, but zero points for execution
