Ananya being annoying aside, I will specially hate if Rudy marries Ananya to hurt Maya because that would kill the Rudra Roy I know and love. That Rudra would never use another girl let alone his best friend and deprive her from getting a love of her own just for his selfish reasons or petty revenge.

Before he realised his love for Maya, he proposed her. That was his folly, his mistake or at most his callousness under emotional turmoil.

But if he does that now, that would be hands on selfish and inhumane. It would end the very essence of the character.
