And yes both the MacNaught books you mentioned are superb. I loved the leads in both the books!! Actions indeed speak louder than words and at times words are not needed at all. Same with Stephanie Laurens Devil's Bride. Not even once he says i love you, but he shows her in every action of his.

Oh yes devils bride I loved that book and yes he never says to Portia I love you but he shows time and time again. I love that - fir me it’s always action speaks louder than words. These ML we read are truly a lead, they treat women with respect and in return they are treated like they are their universe.

I read somewhere that - treat me like a queen and you will be my king. So very apt.

Haven’t watched today’s episode guys - precap looks weird and this time saima in trouble.

Am halfway through the witness and am also reading The Count of Monte Cristo - a classic but my favourite.

I started witness early morning. I had read it before but forgotten it completely. So now I am dealing with a rebellious teenager heading for some serious trouble

You have come to the good part - I am where the shit has hit the fan and it’s going into phase two. I love how Nora takes her time and really etches her characters.

I think I have some memory problems.i forgot the story and plot completely. I only remember one dog and a house where the security is top notch. is it in this novel or the other book where nora tells the story of a serial killers daughter
