Absolutely. They can and will learn to take the best of SM down the lane and leverage it jointly even better. They will learn as they tread together and borrow off each other.I totally feel that too Uma. I feel so positive for them and the future for them. On top of it, SM provides a great option to directly interact with people who support them and thus proving the negative or manipulative ones wrong.
Shehnaaz is a good at positive audience interaction and with Sid at her side she will learn to ignore the negative ones. Similarly, Sid is learning to use SM with Sana's influence. In sometime, we will see the positive effects.
P. S. Even in corporate world, there are people working. Not sure when they will learn to make emotions win over stressful work. But my best wishes to them. My good vibes to people in colorstv so that their good side wins.
As for Colors TV, see, what defines any sustainable corporate structure is governance and leadership. But leadership minus ethical decision making is a poor model that can earn neither growth nor goodwill for the company. And stress and pressure are just poor excuses for failing compliance towards best practice. After seeing the MSK mess, I don’t have much expectations from the leadership. They are not pro-employee at all, be it towards the BB technical team nor their actor panel.
