Not at all simplifying mental health on viewer basis. I understand the true importance and impact of ill guided mental health related statement. Never would do that.

But what is simply clear is clear. She was and isn’t someone who would break apart like this. But we cannot always be sure what goes in someone’s head. So I can be wrong as well. It’s just that her life story tells she can handle herself better. Not that other people with mental health issues haven’t handles themselves better.
