Bajaj always kept an eye out for prerna because he knew the pain that came with her love for anurag. He witness the madness during his stay at basu house. He saw how she was being treated. Even when he took his daughter and left he knew prerna was going to suffer. And she did but he never intervened. Only when her life was at risk. And let's not forget about sneha. Prerna accepted bajaj child and he accepted her's and even went as far as to save her.
