I said this in that theory post..Anurag knew Bajaj is keeping an eye on Prerna's life. His sudden appearance for Sneha proved that. So he knew someone would save Prerna whenever she's in danger so he does what he did 😉

And he really did donate blood in person. Remember what the nurse said 😆 'Someone came here and said filmy dialogues'.
