Yes, I agree. She is way more smart and sensible for her age than she takes credit for.

Her talking to others is a way to gauge and understand others personalities. This is the reason Sid used to ask her because he observed it much before than others. Another reason that he got frustrated because he didn't understand Sana's letting go personality. He did understand it later though - the reason he called her gem of a person in MSK.
