Yeah, she does know him. Even in Shehbaaz's live video, she came and hugged his sister and was in his vanity. She knows where he lived, lives etc. as well and made videos on it. She may not know him very closely, but she does more than the rest.

And the reason she brushes it off is also because she doesn’t want to take any panga and harm it

She does. Watch Sid's elder sister interview with her. It's on her channel. There she says mere bachpan ki dost Hain Preeti. Sidharth ki badi behan And then they talk about Sid. How Sid is not at all shant types and about his anger issues.

Fifafooz lady knows his family. But may be not that very closely . Just acquaintance.

That is why she followed this season of BB to this extent and mostly focused on Sid and sidnaaz only.
