Usually it is a 2 min buzzer so whoever presses first gets it

Whoever chooses it..the Shukli gets the money. If two Shuklis choose it at once BB would leave the decision to Shukla. He 'd say Paras can have it. Mahira wont complain. And even if he says the money should be burnt right there Arti would grin like a damn fool and thank him for it as if he gave her a glass of hot chocolate on a cold day.
