You're clearly not understanding. Not Maya vs ALL ROYS INCLUDING RUDRA.

Rudra will be a neutral party who will be against both Maya and MJ. He will not take anyone's side exclusively.

Anyway, I think that would make the show very boring and I don't agree. That's all I have to say on it.

Mayra has a huge fanbase and that's for a reason.

It makes no sense Rudra playing maya. The whole Roy household wants to end her, adding Rudra to that list just doesn't make sense.

Besides Rudra truly loves maya, all episodes leading up to the wedding are proof of that, CV's have shown Rudra slowly developing more and more feelings for Maya.

Constant flashbacks of her.

His confession to Ananya - that he loves Maya.

Nearly beating up that man that something about her in Rishikesh

Accepting death for her.

Someone like Maya who was so brutally wronged deserves a light, Rudra is her light.

I think Rudra is faking it. No offense but he is just too good to be true. When his entire family is full of monsters and devils how can he be an angel? That is just not possible moreover this is Prateek Sharma’s show.

In Ek Deewaana Tha he made Vyom who was obviously suspicious but was projected as the good guy and the FL’s lover in the beginning as the villain later on. The reason was because his family was just messed up as hell, his father kept covering up for his murders and what not.

I too would like to see Maya get a happy ending unlike season 1 but that just looks far from possible. Plus yesterday Maya’s fears about Rudra learning the truth kind of hinted that he already knows everything. Rudra doesn’t seem like the person to blindly trust anyone or love anyone blindly either especially not after what happened to him years ago. And here it’s almost the same thing, that is first his ex was cheating on him with his dad and here his wife literally got pregnant with his dad’s kid years ago who could have ended up as his half sibling had the child been born. So yes he married his dad’s mistress unknowingly. So he has to deal with two secrets here one is Maya’s involvement in Rishi’s death and Maya’s relationship with MJ.

I don’t like Ananya but here I think she probably managed to convince Rudra that Maya was indeed Rishi’s girlfriend and the main cause of his suicide and they are in this together against her.

However, I think there’s a silver lining here, it’s possible that Rudra once he learns about Maya’s story and how she suffered and lost everything because of his criminal family it’s possible that he may forgive her and fall for her all over again while trying to avenge Rishi so we can expect him to have conflicting emotions when it comes to Maya, that is only if he were indeed a good person as he made to look otherwise he may turn out to be the same as his family and ends up turning into twisted person just like his father.

I would love it if I were wrong here and you are correct about him, but let’s just prepare ourselves for the worst, in case I turn out to be right about him.

@Bold - The director himself said that it's Beyhadh Pyar Vs Beyhadh Nafrat is the theme for this season.Everyone are dark or grey in the show except Rudra. There should be one positive person among the dark and negative characters. Also he might go dark once he gets to know truth of Rishi's death but might help when he gets to know about MJ-Maya. He couldn't able to forgive her but he can understand where she was coming from.

In these days it's hard to believe ppl like Rudra exists but miracles do happen😆

During the EDT days both the prateeks were like Vyom is a grey character... We all know how that turned out later.

But if they care about trps and wish to cash in on the Mayra craze then I guess Rudra would remain as he is. That is no character butchering.
