Nepotism! The makers deliberately try to create buzz by giving them fake news of SidArti as they want Aarti to give more content in name of Sidharth. So that they can push her in top 5. The narratives might have planned for triangle love story. Sidharth literally understand makers plan and put a full stop. Aarti was disinterested until lately. She desperately wanted to cash from SidArti hence doing all these to stay in game. I'm not denying that she feels for him.
