Asim was right though.

That lying reporter said he said nanga or something in regards to Paras’ gf, when Asim was talking to ViraSimnaz about the fact that Paras’ lies about bungalow etc got exposed. That’s why the question confused Asim.

Not all audience are stupid enough to take what a reporter says as the gospel truth - especially when we’ve been watching the episodes ourselves.

And just generally - there’s not one person who remembers everything they’ve said in that house. They all suffer from this ‘fugue’ from time to time and it’s understandable.

The ones who are favoured don’t get nitpicked on their words, that’s the difference.

I still remember when Shukla went on Paras’ dead baap in an argument and when Paras told him later not to go there, Shukla didn’t even remember saying it. But obviously Shukla & shuklis don’t get questioned on the things they’ve said, like Rasim do.

Interesting note: Before Pahira joined Shuklapur, they DID get picked on for their words and Mahira’s “Maine nahiii bolaaa” still rings in my head. 😂

But after joining Shuklapur, Mahira didn’t even get pulled up for the vile things she said to Rashami during the doll fight.

Make of that what you will. 😳

The only one who makes nasty, disgusting comments like “aisi ladki” and “ghar lena bandh”, is Shukla. He only gets questioned when he’s crossed a severe line - but even then he tries to give some other meaning to it, instead of apologising.

I mean he even tried to explain/justify away “Tera baap’s first mistake tera bhai then tu”.
