Aawrrr rrraaawww will definitely be missed! I actually have started looking forward for it in the weekends..that when Salman will say aawwwrrr

I think that's how Salman connects with Asim!

From finding aaawwwrrrr annoying to actually looking forward for it in the episodes...hmm we have come a long way!

Nine days. We are down to a single digit daily countdown now. Crazy how long this show has gone (TOO long! 😆) and how much we've all been through.

This one hit me specifically because of the Asim accent thing. I remember watching the premier and laughing along when Salman made fun of it. Asim seemed so cocky, unlikable, and annoying and I was glad to see Salman put him in his place lol. Then slowly, he developed his bond with Shukla/Abu/Arti/Sana over time and we all got to see a lovable, ambitious, caring young boy who is much more deep, likable, and sensitive than he first appeared. When he fought with Shukla, he was the victim of multiple incidents of intentional physical violence and extreme family insults and abuse, yet Salman always took Shukla's side equally and blamed his 'poking' to be just as bad as Sid's reactions. As the channel targeted Asim more and more, the accent mocking seemed cruel, unnecessary, and demeaning. Then, slowly, we all got kinda used to the biasedness - Asim himself, Salman, and even us. After that it became a kind of endearing running joke between Salman and Asim. Have you guys noticed when Salman wants to bash Asim he scolds him very harshly and calls him by his name? Then, when its over, he does the awr-rawr-rawr thing and it puts Asim and everyone else at ease. Its like a code word now between Asim/Salman/audience that the bashing is over and everything is okay lol. Last episode mein toh Salman just said awr-rawr-rawr and Asim was like "Sir, storebox?" It has turned into a secret language between the two! 😆

This show has been such a roller-coaster, and since very few people in my personal life watch it (whom I don't interact with everyday), I'm so glad I found this forum and signed up. I can't imagine getting through all the giant headaches this show has given us without having a platform like this to vent. So, I just wanna say thanks to everyone. Not even 10 days left. Lets keep it civil, support our favorites, but also remember that its going to be over soon and all of them will be partying together (except maybe Tehseen Poonahwala LOL) so its pointless for us to sling mud at each other here! 9 days to go - will miss you guys!

You made me emotional! Though I visited the forum in middle of the season, I kinda got attached to it and especially to Asim's fans. I am gonna miss you all a lot.
