She isn't confused. She wants to take revenge from MJ. That is why she has targeted Rudra now. She has confessed in the temple that she should have got Rudra 10 years back.

the name maya mehrotra was a history making & epic grey shaded character in Indian serials ,and B1 breath of fresh air as many fed up with mahan main leads coz in reality you have to be selfish for surviving in this world (though we are not justify killing or serial murders) but still maya mehrotra a pretty well written character, (she is not bad but if anything coming on her way she deal it like daredevil ,she is confident same time she is insecure )

B2: i m not interest with Maya's love story (had enough with maya and arjun )so just waiting to see more of MJ Vs maya

Arjun did not oscillate. He stayed away for three years without meeting Saanjh. It's an open forum, and we share our views. I never spoke rudely to you in any of my posts, and I expect the same from you. You could do without that last line.

Maya was completely black, not grey. But agree that she was a historic character. Beyhadh worked only because of her. Maya Mehrotra was something never seen before on Indian television.

Am a huge Jenny fan and if I have to pick one, in terms of acting it’s s1. But collectively if I look at the show and the character itself I might prefer Maya 2.0. Had Maya not killed Rishi I wouldn’t have hesitated to say I like this Maya. Because personally I feel her revenge to be slightly twisted. I agree what MJ did was horrible. But I can’t agree with Maya either. She too made a mistake by having an affair with a man who was married and her dad’s age. She did not deserve what happened to her and had she restricted her revenge to just the people who wronged her I would support her all the way. Maya in s1 was pure evil. No matter how traumatic her childhood was she committed some heinous crimes for which there can be no redemption. The only act of hers which I felt was justified was killing her father Ashwin as he had tormented her. But the innocents she harmed? There can be nothing to justify that.

It's not shown if mj was her ex.. in her revenge plan there are 2 more people to come..

He has oscillated, not once but many times. He left the marriage mandap, not once but twice. Both the times, maya had to pull him. Fine, he didn't meet his family and friends for 3 years but he also chose to run away from maya instead of taking her for medical help. In a married life if your spouse doesn't come in your way, we have to go in their way and bring them to track. He told maya that he is only dusky's duffer and Saanjh is his madness.

I respect your views but you don't respect mine. We have watched the same show and I am not telling it just like that. Arjun was selfish, self-centered, and shallow and was taking people for granted be it mother, brother, friend, or even wife.

Even the promos were screaming. There is also a possibility that maya was unaware that MJ was married. If diya and antara was involved in this plan then even they would have fuslaud her to go ahead with MJ. She was innocent at that time and they didn't have any right to do this to her.
