Which Maya you like?

So far 2 installments has come from Beyadh franchise and hopefully in coming future we see more😃. We have seen 2 forms of Maya. My question is which Maya you like. (Both are great in their own way)

Personally for me i like the Maya of S1. She is smart, stylish, glamorous, layered, dangerous, and have more shades. Agreed that her character butchered in later part of the show. But she was iconic.

In front of S1 Maya, i find this Maya little bit phika. Its Rudra who shines in this season.

I like both seasons Maya. I like this season Maya for her mind games and S1 Maya for her attitude. S1 Maya was a daredevil....S2 Maya has not shown her true colours yet. But I feel in S2, every character has importance. It's a game of chess. Anyone makes a move and the results will affect anyone.

Rudra stands out because he is hot tempered, sharp, smart and he can is the only one who can give Maya takrar compared to S1 Arjun who had no spine.

I like Maya Jaisingh more than Maya Mehrotra

I havent seen s1 but know the story and the only thing stands out is the fact that the female lead was a psycho and jenny acted amazingly.. the story was weak and the male lead neither had a good character arc not acting skills..

S2 is more story oriented and i am liking all the other characters as well.. shivin is the suprise package.. when i saw the promos and saw shivin i didnt had much expectations from him since the last time i saw him was on surveen guggal and since he was new his acting was also very average. But the dude surprised me with his actin and chemistry with jenny.. i thought he looked a bit boyish in front of jenny but they look hot together.. no one will tell there is a 6 yr age gap b/w them.. ashish also looks dapper and has a storng character..

Unlike s1, s2 is not a one man show and i like that..

If its about uniqueness i guess s1 maya has an upper hand but everything else i guess s2 maya..

Maya Jaisingh all the way..she is so confused that is what makes me like her... swings like a pendulum, has a heart which makes guest appearances..

And she has Rudra,,, unlike season 1 where we had Arjun the grizzly bear...

I always have a special place for Maya Mehrotra...❤️

Like some one said, S1 was one woman show...and they mostly used it to show what Maya exactly is..which was fantastic...

In S2 it’s more of story...each character has layers... and there’s more to come this Maya..which we are yet to seee

S1 Maya had only one agenda..her obsession with Arjun..getting him by hook or crook and that was the biggest turn off because Arjun's character was so weak that he didn't look like someone worth taking so much trouble for.. Plus the actor was no where near as talented as Jennifer.. S1 was only worth watching for Jennifer's acting..S2 on the other hand has a very good cast. Maya in this season has started with a mission and I am interested in seeing her graph as the story progresses. Plus Jen's chemistry with Shivin is bomb. Rudra is the kind of guy worth fighting for.

Maya's obsession in S1 was for Arjun. All her actions were based on keeping Arjun only to herself. And Arjun wasn't that great a character. He consistently oscillated between Saanjh and Maya. He had a very co-dependent relationship with Saanjh and it was his inadequacy that he could not draw a line between friendship and love. He had no spine, he was clueless and frankly, the entire cast was clueless of what role they had in the story because Maya was the big bad wolf. After a point, Maya went overboard with her obsession and it was like playing on a loop consistently watching someone doing wrong after wrong and no one there to stop her. There was no strong character opposite Maya. It was an out an out one-woman show.

In S2, we have Maya, who is a scorned lover, who has lost a lot because of love and she is intent on inflicting extreme pain and agony to the people who ruined her. She has an agenda, which S1 Maya never did. She was just acting out of obsession. To counter her darkness, we have the light of Rudra, who is a strong guy, with a sense of individuality and a mind of his own, he has a best friend who pushes her love down his throat but he has drawn boundaries in every relation. He knows where all his relations stand in his life. He is tremendously in love with Maya and will stand by her, no matter what. Opposing Maya's darkness is Mrityunjay's darkness, and it is the ultimate fight till the last one standing. S2 has a quality cast who know their roles in the story and all characters are very layered. No one is clueless. The CVs are clueless here in terms of the thriller aspect of the show.

I like Maya Mehrotra. Yes, she was evil but she definitely had a soft side. I supported S1 Maya because her possesiveness towards Arjun is justified. No wife would tolerate her man with his bff who does not know her limits. In S2 I would have supported Maya Jaisingh more if she had not manipulated Rishi into committing suicide. I would have been happy if she had not utilized Rishi and Rudra only to give pain to MJ and ruin him.
