My theory is he knows truth either through Ajit. But now it feels he will know by overhearing Nishi and Sona. Then the getting ready bit of Sona. Then Rohit will feel super guilty that ever since they got married she has been blamed for everything and she is bearing because of him. So may be he will think she does not deserve this and so will push her away. She will sign and slap him and walk away. All this in their room.
Then Suman comes and asks Rohit about Sona, he looks guilty in that photo by YK looks clueless. So may be YK and others don’t know that Sona is not at home. Then Suman will confess about Ajit, making them ask Ajit (Mishti’s story script). Then rohit will go search for her and find her and get her to hospital. But may be when she gets up she will not wanna see him.
She looks angry and hurt in the photo with Suman. She will refuse to meet him.
