Why put down Asim

I was thinking why Asim needs to be made less popular by constantly calling him out for irrelevant things.

I and I have seen other posts too that say its to ensure Sid wins. But really. Does Sid at this stage even need that kind of boost?

My feeling is the whole setup is to make sure that Shehnaz is top2 with Shukla.

The amount of exposure she has been given has been enormous be it on weekends or on weekdays. The irony is that all this is done to help her come up against a guy who was even less known than her and got his fame only by standing up to the favourite.

Could be.

Sana has signed a contract with COLORS to do a new show with them soon after BB. So channel busy promoting her.

Every story needs a villain . Channel has been trying to portray Asim as villain to Shukla's hero
