Pallawi, look at this way, AnuPre are using both ViMolika for their own purposes. People who had concerns about Prerna taking advantage of a good person were answered today. She is feeling bad, but her priority is Anurag. She wants her love back.

Her priority is getting back Anurag with his memory , and she is seeing that the repetition of events is triggering his memory.
In tilak ceremony, he himself confessed to her , she noticed his restlessness, she understood he loves her but unable to express.
They are very much selfish when it comes to the other .
