I know what’s missing.

Talent.

I think another factor is that she doesn’t seem passionate about acting. She’s here for the money and it’s very obvious

I don’t feel that fire in her. And it shows in her performance. I don’t see the hunger in her or that spark in her eye, she just mediocrely does her job and barely manages to impress

She always says how she has a wedding planning business and if acting fails she’ll go and do that instead.

Not really. In the name of subtle acting, she isn't even moving her facial muscles, as someone said. Lazy actress. however, I will watch the full movie to judge properly.

Yeah true...I think there's no emotion in the characters she plays, she can't live her characters. She's just playing them from the script, there's nothing on her part.

IMHO she is missing likeability... she's just not likable! Her aura screams "I think you're beneath me..."
