Shehnaaz.. Love her Or hate Her

One thing that stuck me in yesterday's episode is another facet of shehnaaz's craving for attention when she said that 'Rashmi sleeps while holding her hand'.

Though Shehnaaz romantically inclined towards Siddharth much later but above all that she seeks affection and protectiveness!! A kind of emotional comfort that she is seeking from Rashmi and earlier from Siddharth through physical intimacy. It is said, that the people who laugh the most are loneliest from inside, i always somehow connect this with her..

I know many though cringe seeing her hugging and kissing but now i have came to realize that its just her way of giving affection and seeking affection with which sometimes she goes overboard but people just tag a character certificate on her for being over expressive. She is the most misunderstood contestant this year, coz her ways are generally not easy to comprehend..

I kind of feel bad for this kid. I sense lack parental affection and attention in her growing up years.. For many of us her behaviour might be not per societal standards but it does make sense. I have seen many kids with abandonment issues turning into rebels or emotionally needy people. But however she is,is what makes her hatke but still someone you can connect with.

She already has the most beautiful heart with gorgeous face to match on but i pray she finds her strength, internal Happiness, maturity and wisdom. I feel her going to huge heights once show is over and she deserve every bit of it..

Ps: One could write a thesis on her character study!The most interesting contestant i have ever came across in BB

I have slowly grown to have genuine affection for this needy child woman who's need for attention and clingy ways can come across as very irritating and then you are disarmed by how frank and vocal she is about her need for attention.

She's also shown herself to be a bigger person vis a vis Shukla with the ease with which she forgives him yet she still remains her own person.

She's also shown growth as a person in this show when you watch her learning some hard lessons in this show.

Actually haven’t been fond of Sana for most of the show. Have found her quite fake and annoying and at some point have disliked her the most.

But I guess she’s always had heart and empathy and when Sana behaves callously compared to other HM’s it looks worse to me coz I expect better from her.

As much as I don’t like Sidnaz and think it’s super toxic for her, over last few weeks I’ve realised that Sana actually has very genuine and serious feelings for Siddharth. For good or bad- she’s emotionally invested in him where she puts him above her which isn’t nice!

Anyway I’ve literally turned from someone who would rather change my channel when Sana was on to someone who actually likes her and sympathises with her now, coz I do finally believe the girl overdoes it coz she’s like XTRA in life( very Gen Z girl) but she’s genuine and has heart!

Also before you come @me for XTRA- it’s a SM/IG term used in a positive way for people who are always a little bit OTP

Thankyou for pointing this out. Indeed, she is misunderstood because she isn't what normally girls are like. But her character, her personality, her aura, even her smile can lighten up anybody's mood. When she said 'Main pyaar ki bhooki hu' it was a sad truth. Much love to you, Sana. You have my heart❤️

Sana has had the wildest graph for me compared to any other contestant. Gone from liking to disliking to hating and now liking again. Will probably turn neutral if she keeps letting shukla walk over her/using her. Somehow the season is almost over and i still cant figure her out. Ye cheez kya he yaar. She definitely has a lot of layers

She didn't get parental love during her growing up days. In the USUD she is often seen sharing her childhood experiences at her grandparents place I suppose. And it feels really bad to see the instances she is seen sharing.

Also, because of this she also developed maturity in a very young age - now before anyone pounces on me maturity and Shehnaaz? The maturity I am talking about is -- not making fuss of always getting secondary priority in game and everywhere in life. In BB from start we have seen whoever she was loyal to be it any team she never got first preference in terms of saving her or anything but she took it in a sporting manner always. This must be because in those childhood days of her she must have been used to such treatment.

Also, she has been body shamed,sl*t shamed and constantly belittled by calling gadhi by Paras and Shukla also. But she never made an issue out of it.

I feel extremely bad for her. She is trashed and bashed everywhere. I hope she becomes successful post BB.

Lovely post. I do agree that her's is a fascinating personality, definitely worth a deepdive character study or two. She's so desperate for attention and love, yet what makes her endearing is her ultimate self-awareness in that she knows exactly how desperate she is for these things and says it out loud without a care about how it might be perceived. Even Shukla couldn't disagree with the fact that Rashmi, Asim, Vishal, no matter how much resentment they have against him, they all do love Sana and it really shows in their behavior.

Keeping views aside, I like the way you Shehnaaz fans write about her and describe her. It's always good to read. I have noticed this in this forum.

Rest, Shehnaaz is a human and has shown likeable qualities many a times and to be honest, she is the most interesting person in the whole BB house. Like in a story, you have a character about whom you can form multiple perspectives, a character who has many layers .

Exactly my thoughts..Used to find her cute but annoying and fake..I cringed when she had that meltdown on WKV. Seemed like a kid who couldn't get her toy.

Sidnaaz will be really toxic for her..they just cannot get along as a couple..Sana is one attention loving , affection seeking girl and Sid lacks empathy to handle her sensitively.. Hope they can friendzone eachother after coming out..he undoubtedly is fond of her and cares for her..will be a good friend but terrible boyfriend..

Sana had mentioned her dad wasn't around when she was growing up..did she mention her mom?
