There was some fashion event a few months before she announced her engagement. The video was posted on the forum. I don't remember the name of the event, but I'm sure DP's fans will. Her disinterest was very clear.

FWIW, I think she's playing the media and the audience very skillfully. Drop a news/gossip item like this, and the topic pretty much sucks the O2 out of the room, leaving no way for any other celeb to compete. Even Kangana doesn't come close to DP in this.

Nor do I feel any sympathy for RK for being used. When one after the other, 3 out of 4 girlfriends have had gossip/private pics leaked, it's a pattern. DP simply happened to beat him at his own game.

I don't even like DP but how is this being an insider? Since when are sports and Bollywood the same industry? That's like saying that being the no.1 doctor in the country is equal to being an insider. You can say she hails from money and an affluent family. But she grew up in Banglore, away from BW. Not an industry insider though. Her husband, however, is more of an insider than she is.
