Some people just do not want to understand as it suits them.

What Asim said was a gaali to Paras and not his parents but this Paras had to get his shit in between as Shukla was being question and bring the old topic back where he wasn't questioned for being completely wrong.

Shukla says it with intention to hurt Asim as he knows that Asim gets more hurt when his father is being called out as this nasty creature has nothing else to say .... he even once said the same to Vishal too.
