I totally concur with you...The HM are conspiring against them and trying their level best to make sure this rift in their relationship doesn't get covered now. Especially Paras, Mahira, Azim, Rashmi and Zariwala . How i wish these two dumbos could see through their game play but they are so blinded by their self created misunderstandings and overthinking that they are unwilling to give a benefit of doubt too to the other partner.
