I think the show makers are also scared of how audience is taking this track, tabhi they are giving segments daily since 3-4 days

Sampada itni kacchi khiladi hai kya ki khud yeh Kalyani ko janne degi...letter toh letter jaisa laga koi report nhi. And if someone can tamper Moksh' s report there is no big deal in tampering a blood report. Sampu can again befooled her. Lets see If she had really run away and Moksh is ill then it will be a serious issue but otherwise Samchit ka patta cut.

They really need to stop this seperation drama, it’s getting too much and viewers are not happy with the storyline. I am just fed up to see majboor leads and playing with the life and health of the child.

I think the running away theory is the best. Because KalMa still think Moksh is seriously sick even thought we all know he's not. So in today's episode, Kalyani finds out that there is a chance that Malhar's family's bone marrow can also match Pillu's. So she wants to get some blood tests done.

According to BTS, KalMa have filming for a while in Makarsankeranth clothes. Based on the way he was hugging Kalyani when she got that letter, he also seems to know the situation and what's going on. So maybe Kalyani will confess to Malhar why she's doing what's she's doing. I even have a feeling that the big sacrifice that Reem was talking about was a SamHar marriage. I think, in order to appease Sampada and save Pillu, she will force/convince Malhar to marry her for real, not just the acting he's doing in front of Baapji at the moment.
