ekta broke anupre in kzk1 because anurag did something to prerna which was irredeemable. same is the case here, karan's actions are beyond redeemable.

i dont remember any other male lead who did such things in any other ekta's show. raman and abhi were arrogant but their level no where matches karan.

i dont think makers are doing this to karan's character without any purpose and everything will be settled by just a casual sorry. also when sarla is consistently shown cursing karan.

plus this show was always promoted to be a love triangle. rishabh was on the montage for two whole years. they changed it after preeran marriage. it does not mean it got scrapped. it is just that keeping triangle montage with brother-in-law was sort of unethical.

Yug and vrinda are an example of ekta couple who never married and never got together (they were the lead couple in tujh sang preet pagayi sajna on star plus), where even in the end they were never together, and the male lead forever loved her, and he didn't ever do anything irredeemable to the female lead. No wonder the show shut not too long after pairing the leads with other not so appealing and interesting actors/ characters.

Never have I been this mad with a fictional character.

Prithvi may be the bad guy with a murder as his baggage, but he has always proclaimed to be the bad guy. Didn't mask himself and pretended to be someone good.

Such a loyal bad guy. If that is a word in the first place.

Despite all his negativity, the moment he realised he has fallen in love with preeta, he added a preeta ji out of respect and Good Lord has stuck by his love. Never tried to harm her physically nor emotionally. (And I mean only preeta here). Despite all the bad things, he is atleast not running away.

However I believe karan's biggest karma would be preeta willingly marrying rishabh because of love and mutual respect.

Because with prithvi, it was always a competition for Karan. Whoever wins preeta, wins the game. Marrying prithvi will hit his ego but marrying rishabh will hit his heart and sorry for being so ruthless in my imagination but I want this character to cry blood for the loss he is going to incur.🤬

oh yes i remember that show. i watched that show for a few months.

Tujh sang preet lagayi sajna was another ekta show where, just like anurag and prerna, ekta split up the leads despite constantly depicting them as ram and sita, and they brought another guy much later who was boring and terrible to pair with the female lead, and after that the show completely went down hill. The new guy was not accepted the way bajaj in kasauti was, and the galls on ekta, that even in the end she still got the female lead again remarried to that guy and never united the leads despite making them appear like ram and sita. Ekta and her writers are messed up.

when ekta decides to do something with her story, she does it at any cost. she doesnt give a damn about fans. she herself said it is necessary to ignore fans' demands if u want to make successful shows.
