This is probably the best and most accurate explanation there ever could be. He IS finding excuses. This ka not being negative it is the face of the reality! He was cheering Sana on during Karthik and Sara tasks and then clearly states he doesn’t want to see her in his kal when he could have explained this to her in private! This said a lot of things.

- His recent USUD. This is all in BOLD. He has checked out. But because he IS attached to her, he doesn’t have in him to totally let go of her. We all can relate to this emotion I believe

- I would also like to add the taunt Sid made to sana when she said that he dad told Vishal and madhu to enjoy the few days they have left because they might not get to see each other after. Sid taunts “are you sure your dad said that about THEM?” Again playing victim that maybe her dad and her are using him for game and don’t have any intentions outside the house. When in reality HE doesn’t want to get serious with her. All to look good in front of housemates and public. But Sana caught him here and called him out on his BS. She told him that’s what YOU want not me, but she let it go because she’s in love and doesn’t want to believe it.
-GG and kartik 🙄🙄🙄 Do I have to say more? What can be a more pathetic excuse than silly, comedic fangirling? Compared to his too intimate dance with Jasmin and concern filled hug for mahira (over a reason that wasn’t serious).
-Paras. I know Sana said ILU and mentions him here and there, but she cleared this a million times. She literally was close to paras for a WEEK. Why can’t he get over this???
-Getting mad at Sana for sitting with Rashmi or Vishal....🙄
-The discussion Sid was having with asim and Sana when Asim was smelling himanshi’s perfume. Something about how Asim will lose interest and it will last a year max. That kind of gives away what he might think about how long sana and him will last, and may be why he doesn’t want to commit.
And soooo many more instances...especially where he keeps telling Sana that she only says she’s hurt to make Sid look bad...how is that a normal response if your partner is sad? Why is he thinking of game and how it’s looking bad for him outside? Your first concern should be HER. That says a lot about how he sees everything.
I’m not saying sid doesn’t love her, he definitely has feelings for her and is attached to her. But I don’t think he saw this becoming serious and he realized how bad he lead her on.
