I wish he would tell vikram it is prachi he loves and just make his dad swear he won't tell anyone.

Highlights

Friday 17th January 2020:

-Abhi takes care of pragya and they reminisce their old moments.

-Ranbir tells he can't let his father know about his love for prachi yet else his father would go around telling everybody before he can propose. Ranbir says he is sure he wants to marry prachi. He looks happily at prachi and reminisces his old moments with her. Ranbir says prachi is aryan's bhabhi. Aryan says he has already imagined ranbir in the mandap. Aryan tells ranbir when lohri fire is ignited ranbir should take prachi's hand and take 7 marital rounds with her, then confess to her that he loves her which is why he took the wedding rounds with her.

-Aryan and ranbir recognise a boy called tushar from college and wonder why he's going to prachi. Ranbir recognises him as one of the people who spoke ill of prachi in mms. Ranbir thinks he's going to badmouth prachi again and goes there. Prachi offers tushar who is crying a tissue. He apologises to prachi for speaking ill of her along side other boys. Prachi comforts him. Prachi's bracelet drop and ranbir picks it up. Prachi says it is enough that he is sorry for his actions and tells him to be aware of not talking about any girl like that. Tushar says from henceforth he will always be with her and has understood only a girl like her is true and real. Aryan points out prachi putting her hand on tushar's shoulder and ranbir gets jealous seeing this. Ranbir lies his hands are hurt and asks prachi to check, but she asks shahana to check his hand, so ranbir gets disappointed and says it's ok. Prachi again tells tushar to not cry and says she knows he's a good boy. Ranbir asks tushar that his new girlfriend must be coming or either his old girlfriend just to make tushar look bad in front of prachi and says tushar has two girlfriends. Tushar doesn't like it. Prachi scolds ranbir.

-Rhea is watching this and talking on phone to maya. She instructs maya to go to ranbir. Tushar tells he has broken up with his girlfriend and the other girl isn't his girlfriend but his cousin sister.

-Ranbir walks away awkwardly and maya starts talking to ranbir. Ranbir talks to her to make prachi jealous and prachi, shahana watch him.

-Aliya disturbs pragya and abhi when they are together in room. Abhi goes out to attend call and aliya starts insulting pragya. Aliya tells her that her daughter hates her and if pragya comes back then her daughter will leave the house. Aliya tells her the reason abhi isn't letting pragya come back to the house is because her daughter hates her. Pragya tells her to be quiet and walks away.

-Ranbir continues talking to maya. Rhea continues talking to maya via bluetooth maya is wearing. Prachi gets annoyed seeing ranbir flirting with maya. Aryan texts ranbir that prachi is getting jealous seeing him talk to the girl. Ranbir is pleased to know this. Maya texts rhea about getting her drugs for ranbir. Ranbir decides to make her more jealous. Rhea blames ranbir for whatever she is about to do to him and thinks all is fair in love and war. Ranbir continues to flirt with maya and holds her hand. Ranbir puts his arm around maya's shoulder and prachi gets annoyed at his flirting and says she can't see this. Shahana says he's only flirting and not misbehaving. Prachi says ranbir should consider the occasion. Shahana asks if she's burning. Prachi says she's burning in anger. Vikram sees ranbir with his arm around maya. Prachi worries when she she sees vikram witnessing ranbir's antics.

-Vikram takes ranbir away from maya to talk to him. Vikram advises him that if he wants to win the girl then impress the girl, but if he wants to marry the girl then impress her mother. Ranbir gets happy and impressed by the advice and kisses his dad. Ranbir accidentally admits to his dad he is the one in love with a girl and vikram scolds him for lying to him before. Vikram wants to know who the girl is. Prachi and shahana watch this with confusion.

-Maya tells ranbir she heard his and his dad's convo and says his dad is right that if he wants to marry the girl then he must impress her mother, but she says he will have to impress the girl too a little first. She says she can help him in this. Ranbir asks how. She tells him to do as she tells him. Prachi walks away.

-Abhi returns in room and finds pragya gone. Abhi asks aliya what she said to pragya. Aliya says she told pragya that her daughter hates her and to stay away from her. Abhi tells her to not get involved. Aliya says she can't when it involves rhea. Abhi says pragya was talking about her daughter and aliya should stay out of the matters of pragya and her daughter. Aliya says she won't interfere if he wants to meet pragya, but he stand pragya interfering in rhea's life. Abhi says pragya is rhea's mother. Aliya says pragya was rhea's mother till she left her and has lost her rights on rhea now. She tells abhi to not forcefully make rhea meet her mother. Aliya says rhea doesn't want to meet her mother and neither will she herself let rhea meet pragya. Abhi says what if he does let that happen. She says to first know what rhea wants. She asks when he doesn't even say pragya's name in front of rhea then how will he introduce rhea to her mother. He says he will do what he needs to but tells her to stay out of this. Aliya says she will get involved. Abhi asks if she will go against him. She says if he does anything against rhea then she will. He tells her to stay in her limits. She says she is staying in her limits and in her family. He says this is not her family, and rhea is not her family. He tells her to take care of purab and aryan first then think about his daughter. She tells him to also say to her she shouldn't call him her brother or that rhea shouldn't call her buji. Rhea comes in hearing this. She says truth is he has never forgiven her. She says she knows she did lots of mistakes in past but he never forgave her. He says her past hasn't yet gone as she's doing the same things she used to do before but he won't let her do all that now. Rhea tells him he can't talk to her buji like that. Abhi says his buji is doing a mistake. Rhea says she can't see her buji crying as she's like her mother. Abhi says this is exactly what he's trying to explain to aliya that it's important that she gets to meet her mother, but rhea says she doesn't want to meet her mother or talk about her so she tells abhi to not talk about her. Rhea walks away in anger. Aliya asks him how will he unite the mother and daughter where the daughter wants nothing to do with her mother.

I'm in two minds about it. I can't tell if she was jealous, or just being a usual judgmental self towards ranbir flirting with a girl.

That stage will take a little more time to come. Today was the beginning from prachi's side I think. They are keeping it true to her character. Had they shown her upset and sad, it would have been out of character and too much too soon. She has not even shown any signs of attraction towards him till date. So, I'm guessing like it started for Ranbir with jealousy, the cvs are gonna follow the same pattern for Prachi too. It was jealousy alright, even Shahana pointed it out. Earlier she used to either indifferent or mildly annoyed to see him flirting. But today there was difference. Today she was angry and a girl is angry on seeing a guy flirting only when she cares for him. So, maybe this is the beginning of Prachi's journey towards realization of her feelings for Ranbir.

I din't think of it that way. Yeah prachi usually just rolls her eyes and walks away after one or two comments and doesn't really care, but this time she was angry and agitated seeing his flirting, which is a different reaction from her usual, so it must be jealousy.

Today it was so good to see prachi getting jealous for once. Ok cv's seriously need to give us another jealous prachi scene.

If only the genders had not been announced of the twins. I seriously still hope he isn't purab and aliya's son, A because purab would look even more pathetic to have had a child so soon after disha left him despite him being forced to marry aliya and loving only disha as he claims, B because I don't like the idea of aliya having a child with purab, C because aryan is too good to be aliya's son and D because aliya gives zero time and attention to aryan and doesn't even seem to care about him compared to her obsession with rhea that it seems aryan isn't even her son.

Yes. Agreed. It seems Aryan is only the tool to make Purab close to her and the way she was blackmailing Purab with Aryan when Purab threatened to leave her, without thinking about Aryan at all, it actually seems he is not her son.
