Maya was a month-3 months pregnant. Becuase she could hear her foetus' heartbeat (that you can hear in 22 days) and since she didn't show, she must be roughly 3 months along, becuase after that the baby bump is visible.

But the only thing is that most women don't realise that they are pregnant before 22 days.
