Salman telling Sid that Sana loves him is not for nthg. The whole jealousy drama and Sid’s doubts were leading to a lot of emotional stress both on Sid and Sana and thus some unwanted stuff happened. But now when Sid will be clear abt Sana, he can handle her much better
