Well a lot of the discussion is happening around the promo for WKV and less on the episode itself.

In the promo a task happens between Mahira and Sana. HMs choose to give Sana the jealousy tag which leads to her breakdown. SK yells at her categorizes her breakdown as "overacting." Sana tells him that she wants to leave the house and SK orders BB to open the doors. Sana is sitting in front of the main door, waiting for it to open.

Now on twitter: People who claim to have gone to the show say that Sana was left to sit outside while SK continued filming WKV. He told Sid that he should've reacted when Sana slapped him because it was intentional. While he defended Sid and said that him choking Sana was okay because it was unintentional. People said that Salman went inside the house to do eviction.
