My fav is Chaiya Chaiya but I think Sheila ki jawani is more popular.

Chaiya chaiya was epic. Rest may be popular but chaiya chaiya is one of the best songs that i can see and hear each time.

No competition at all. Chhaiyya chhaiyaa is sheer magic and poetry and that too from AR Rahman, Gulzar and Sukhwinder. Rest of them are flesh exhibition so aren't timeless. It will be difficult between Dilbar (obviously the Alka one) and kajrare to choose for the second.

It asked for the most popular, so I think that would be Sheila Ki Jawaani that song kind of changed the game for item numbers.
