Sad to hear that Aparna Bhat, the lawyer who represented Lakshmi, hasn’t been given any credit or even mentioned in #Chhapaak. It took 8 years for Aparna to fight it out legally, get the law changed, minimum compensation increased and regulate acid sale. Real hero ignored.
