In the write up it says that Komolika thought back to one of her own dreams where her father/dad was doing well and the opposite happened and he lost his life. – It is just after the scene where she taunts Prerna and Prerna tells her about her dream.

My apologies if I misunderstood it, but it was my knee jerk reaction to the news.
