Furniturewala is her father's surname. She didn't just make it up. That was always her surname. Her original name is Aalia Ebrahim Furniturewalla.

She was called just Aliaa Ibrahim during her tv shows days.

She could have opt only for Alia Ibrahim (like other actresses who shorten their names...no harm in it) as Alia Ibrahim sounds cool.

Could have just used Alaya. Like Kajol, or Tabu.

All these new actresses have the same body type, same build, same face. I can’t tell one apart from the other except for Alia.
