Season 3 had a big drop from 1st week to second week (slightly bigger than here) but remained top ranked for almost 30 weeks.

I think we need more time before judging, the drop from 2nd to 3rd episode was small and show kept the same numbers from 3rd to 4th episode. The biggest drop was after the 1st episode which was dominated by the flashback scene.

Story has just started, next 2-3 weeks will give a better picture.

Another thing to note is that before TRAI, Salil and other reporters used to tweet BARC numbers but after TRAI, they tweet RAW data.

Exactly but seems like few season 3 fans can’t get over the fact that it’s over and season 4 is here.

Season 3 was even out of top 5 and imo it was the most boring season.

I don't understand on what basis you are targeting S3 fans.

I have watched S1/S2/S3.

Yes obviously S3's had its own downfall due to no sense of writing and all.

Yes it was out of top 5 two to three times.

But after S1 it was S3 which was the most successful season and it went for the logest period(1 year)

N4's trp has come so obviously it will be compared to previous seasons whether it's with N1/2/3.

When N3 came it was compared with previous seasons.So it's most natural.

And we can't ignore the fact that N4's opening trp is low compared to all three seasons.

There is nothing new to offer.Ye toh wahi writers jisne N3 k sath khela and people (mostly) bored or uninterested to watch same crap about nagmani revenge loopholes no head no tail.

Within 3 months trp will tell how much successful N4 will be.

Note:-I don't watch N4 and I have nothing against any actors.But I wanted to know N4's trp so came across to this topic so I kept my opinion.

On the basis of the amount of bashing s4 is getting from s3 fans. And I did mention few fans did I say whole fandom?Nope.

Of course it’s low compared to the previous seasons given the amount of sense the story made they deserved it.

There is difference between criticism/comparison and straight trashing.

expected Ratings Not going to comment now as it’s better to compare n after 2nd 3rd n 4th week 🤔 although I m observing a lot 🤔

Kundalibhagya had managed to get 3.4 trp as per the new trp system. Keeping that in mind, the trp of the premier episode of N4 is good but the trps of the following episodes are not great.
