It's not about it was a hand of young guy and it should be Rudra.. There were many scenes where there was clear focus on the hand and Shivin's hand looks quite similar to that

@Bold - How would they try to find about her car number without getting a doubt on her? There could be many fancy number plates in the city. They can't find details of every car with fancy number.

Only Rishi can lead to her. So following him is the only option in which they aren't successful yet
