to be fair to Ananya, she didn't said what is written in thread title, what she said was, she wishes PPAW becomes her Highway. So not exactly confidence wali baat, kabhi kabhi toh lagta hai, she has that Chunky thing, of saying kuch bhi, just that Chunky is always joking, while Ananya doesn't get anything because of her upar ka maala being kinda khaali.

It's fine to promote.But Ananya literally hasn't done or created anything to be talked about. On the contrary- I only remeber her bullying 'saga'- maybe they are trying to bury that deep?

There is nothing new or major that ananya has done that sets her apart from the other star kids. No wonder she will panik. Everyone who debutted in the last few years brought something different or new to the table...and that could even mean having great actors as parents.

1. Being a star kid: So we have plenty of them. Janhvi, Sara, Ishaan who debutted in the last few years.

2. Parents are known: Chunky and Bhavna are no power couple like SRK-Gauri. And Chunky’s best known role is from HF series.

3. Debut with Dharma but in a 2 heroine film: Varun and Alia were way better in theirs. SOTY 2 promotions became mainly about Tiger and Tara (media asking her about singing and Disney). The media cares for Tiger because he has certain talents and has made a name for himself. Tara must’ve debutted now but the girl dances sings acts and was known for television. What did Ananya get on the table? Nothing, other than the fact she was a star kid.

4. She’s tall, fair, long hair, thin: Looks like any other SoBo girl. There’s nothing striking about her.

5. Second film with flavour of the season Kaartik: They dont look good together. In fact Kaartik looks way older than her. Bhumi was way better unlike Marjaavaan where both Rakul and Tara were good and held their own.

6. Bullying campaign: After her classmate exposed her on social media...which I had heard as rumours but turned out to be true. Deepika has already done that and it was a noble cause. So she is trying things that have already been done, nothing new.

7. Trying so hard to be Alia (who is trying to be Deepika): Alia is not a benchmark. She got all her work due to KJo and perfect handpicked projects so she would look good as an actor. Kalank was where that got exposed. Rather she could tey to be a star like Deepika by choosing the good films she did at her peak, be a good performer like Kangana and be a dancer like Katrina.

8. She sounds like an airhead all the time: Its not cute. Atleast Alia sounded sensible. There is no individuality.

9. Showed her acceptance letter from Uni: Today’s generation knows its better to study first and then work in the industry. She left a prestigious USA uni offer and decided to debut with something as shitty as SOTY 2. It looks like she unintentionally copied Sara. And what did her contemporary Sara do? Completed her education. Which is a major part of her charm. Beauty with brains. No insider from Bollywood must’ve studied History and Political Science at a University as highly ranked as Columbia.

Isko dekh ke to Alia acchhi lagne lagti hai. Fuck.

Dikhney mein cute hey. Wo Kafi hey.
