Why is he still talking to sana after mahira told him not to? Sana in today's episode said "ke voh mere kaan meh kehta hai hum bharar melange" I feel like he may like mahira but hes keeping sana on the side for game. But Sana is unable to understand his game. He did the same in the initial stage of the show; he wanted to create a triangle.

Why blaming Paras? Sana is smart enough to understand who is who. If she is getting played, then it is by her choice. No body is responsible.
