There are high chances that this can actually happen, remember jate jate Bajaj ne bola bhi tha A ko that if I come back it will be because of you... and if Bajaj comes to know that Komo is back to torture Prerna he might return to protect her but then again, Prerna will not value him or his efforts. She needs to change so that she can be deserving of his love and affection, but phir like Hum Dil De Cuke Sanam ho sakta hai she realises his important in her life at that point when he selflessly tries to unite her with ex.
