Back pain is really painful it definitely takeS time to heal n even after pain goes down muscles around d joints r so weak it takes time to get back strength so I feel she shudnt risk her health n she shud quit.. cos even if she comes it will be difficult for her to perform tasks, if she does something wrong in physical tasks risk of more injury is high..

but again it totally depends on how severe her injury is..
