Opinion Change on VG?

So season 11 was my favorite BB season. I liked all 3- Hina, Shilpa and VG although maybe wanted Shilpa to win more than the other two.

But I remember I was one of those who used to look forward to what new Strategies Mastermind would come up with and change the game. He was interesting, entertaining and smart that year. A crybaby sometimes but over all it was fun to watch him.

I was excited to see him come this year but so far I feel he’s been rather dull, all his strategies look very old, he calls out people on the same things he does, his mastermind has become more about Dhokha than anything else and he’s playing just like how these contestants play- Junglee types!

What has he come to the show for? To Pump up RD, Be a cheerleader for Vishal and Madhu, promote Pahira, not engage with Sid at all, and to sideline Asim.

What’s the purpose?

I was expecting more mind games and strategies from Vikas Gupta. But maybe he is working on with Channels's and BB's instructions. He is not playing his natural game cause he is just there to be as proxy Devo for some fixed time. But in Chuha-Billi task he too did what other contestants are doing Cheena-jhapti and no strategies. Plus he should not have locked Bagga in bathroom though she was very much wrong.

Every season is different. BB11 was a different season with different kind of tasks & dynamics. Plus he was there from the beginning & made his own set of alliances, plus he was in to win.

BB13 is a different season with different kind of tasks/contestants/dynamics, this season contestants are more smarter. Plus he's not in this season to win or make it far, hence he's just chilling & not playing aggressively so that it doesn't dent his reputation outside.

He is biggboss mole this time around 😆

I didn't watch the previous season ...only watched few epis here and there so not sure how well Vikas played earlier...he must have played well for him to get the title of 'master mind'

BUT here I don't think he is adding any thing to show...He is not entertaining, hasn't done anything yet to be called a master mind.....I don't feel interested in watching what he is doing during the episode....It's more like 'oonchi dukan, pheeke pakwan' when it comes to Gupta

Like u said he might be simply following channel's instructions as he has been brought in simply as a proxy and not as a contestant

He’s not even delivering 10% of what was expected of him. No smartness or strategy is also being visible!

He'll leave once Devoleena comes back. I wonder when she'll be back. Its almost 3 weeks since she left.
