FL it was just filler episode. Phuski attempts of komo. Molly and anupam veena ma coming to the hospital and getting worried for pre. Shivi seems ronit in doctors costume and anu feeling uneasy about new nurse and entire hospital situation.

There was not nothing else other than komo's repetitive dialogues
