Same. Never participated in any trend. But this is super irritating. All important topics are not discussed at all and this unnecessary bashing to break someone strong. Asim FTW

IF can't be compared to these major platforms but I get what you're saying. User demographics certainly vary by the platform. Which is why I'm not coming out and claiming it's PR. Just saying that it does bring up the question that why Asim is such a superstar on Twitter.

Not saying Asim isn't popular but on Twitter he's the overwhelming favorite. Not so much on other platforms.

Sana was highlighted from the first week and Asim has only become more prominent since the last month. It doesn't help that he stands against the biggest BB fandom currently. Sana probably also enjoyed regional support and had songs coming out during her BB stint too. Even on reddit everyone is an Asim fan. I understand where you are coming from and yes YT and FB are favoring Sid and hence Sana more but Asim's presence in these platform is there too. I remember Hina used to win all YT polls too. SM is never a good indicator of support these days as it varies from platform to platform and involves a lot of factors but can be used as tool for putting forward requests (Sidnaaz video) or calling out a particular instance.

Also maybe I’ll sound snobbish when I say this, but I can’t tweet BB related stuff from my primary account on Twitter an have had to create an alternative account as the kind of followers I have will judge me for following a show like BB and tweeting about it.

Similarly about IG. I have an account for analytic assessment and can’t use hashtags for BB’s contestants that will skew the search results which are very important in my line of work.

YT- I never use it, except for the YT music app! Never used Snapchat and TT.

Facebook deactivated long back.

So I can only show my support for Asim through twitter and this forum because are both anonymous in a way. I have friends who watch this show but no one takes it seriously enough to ever vote or discuss.
even I haven’t ever voted or trended for a contestant before in my life but I feel emotionally attached to Asim for some weird reason and I find it quite amusing how even at my age I’m still behaving like a teenager tweeting trending and discussing this guy!

I can’t believe Asim has made me take a show like BB seriously.

Ikr, i m not on twitter but i can guess your agony, being on social media you are always under scrutiny of your followers and frnds , you can't post or trend anything that'll cause an upheaval and lead to a backlash by other fans. Even i m only active on IG and IF , as you can't anonymously support any contestant anywhere else.

Even i started watching BB this season as i liked shukla in his serials and ended up getting attached to asim.

Exactly I especially work in a field which is very related to social media especially IG so I have to be very careful about my feed, likes and the things I can comment or not.

Anyway! With Asim till the end this season- the bias gets to me!
