Bro, i don't know in which world u r living. I am a doctor and doctors aren't paid that much . Given his age, umar is quite young and surgeons start getting paid after getting a lot of experience , not before their 40's , they can't even work independently without gaining much experience. Umar is 2 yrs elder to asim that makes him 28 . And at 28(24-25 tk to mbbs complete hti h) , doctors are either doing their MD /MS or working as senior residents where they don't get paid more than 80 thousand a month. You can't compare his earnings to a daily soap or reality show celeb who is paid approx 1 lakh per episode.

2-4 modelling assignments krne se jo bnda PG me rhta h wo kitna earn krta hga. Socho.

Umar is 28. He’s done MBBS and MS which takes 7-8 years. So he’s only been a fully practising surgeon for something like 3-4 years. You know at max ( atleast in delhi in hospitals like Apollo and Max a surgeon with that much experience ) makes 1-1.5 lacs per month, which might sound like a good salary but in a place like mumbai where your rent is like 30-40k for a 2 BR flat it’s not much.

For paying for trends like these Umar would need 2 -3 lacs per trend where do you think he can afford that.

Also if Umar and Asim can afford it, why can’t Paras who is rich enough to use 20k perfume and has a bungalow. Why can’t RD who is a big Tv star, or Mahira who probably also makes more money than Asim? Tell me why!

Also if you’re assuming Asim’s trends are paid then Sid ka toh 100% paid hoga acc to you he’s a big tv star who drives a BM and has more Money.

I believe all trends are genuine fans are fanatic enough to support their faves and are emotionally attached to them. Be it trends for Sid, Asim, RD, Sana or whoever else

Did I say it wasn't paid? And people who's saying Asim trend is not pre planned they need to understand how trending works, you've to hit certain number of tweets having same hashtag or word within an hour ( or lesser time ) of get it popup on trending list. So if it's not pre planned how on Earth all these people knew what hashtag to use?

Theres no evidence of any PR in work tho. Onus is on you to provide proof for your claims in this regard.
