where is laxmi agarwal?

I really liked chhapaak trailer and I am really looking forward to the movie, but i find one thing odd. The movie is the biography of laxmi agarwal in a way, but it is just sad how she was missing even from the trailer launch. This opportunity should have been utilized to make her voice get heard but rather vikrant and deepika wasted it with their melodrama. i have nothing against anyone but it is just sad when you are making a movie basically about someones struggle to get accepted and to be heard but you ignore that person only.

Trailer launch was all about DP n her struggles 👎🏼 n I'm glad she dint attend, it would have been horrible hearing abt DP burning prosthetic

Laxmi hasn’t been ignored. If anyone has watched the trailer launch then they know she was the main topic of the event. Laxmi is a busy woman, she never even took one day to come in Mumbai. They are always going to her and this time will be no exception. Theare will be another trailer launch in her town, in Delhi. She may have been busy I don’t know but the fact that she never came to Mumbai in the first place, telling me she didn’t want to move. Simple.

she is still giving many interviews about the movie, she has not been silenced. I am really sick that people are not using this opportunity to learn more about her, instead they are trying to make issue out of nowhere and making her the victim of a situation where she is not. Please check her social media and check her work. She has a daughter and a foundation. If she wanted to be there she would have been instead there’s another event solely for her. If people want to know more about her then pay attention, she has been the only one promoting the movie for months yet you guys never paid attention.

How I am attacking you personally? And I should get a job when things are being made up without nobody even checking for facts first. If you know about Laxmi then you know they have let her spread her story widely. Laxmi will be a part of the promotion already been announced.

then why are you guys not giving her the attention she deserves? Nobody’s cares about checking for her. She has been promoting the movie for months, nobody’s cares now all of you are her warriors. Like I said she is going to be part of the promo and watching the trailer launch it was all about her anyway.

You ask where is Laxmi? Last heard in 2018, she was struggling to pay her rent and jobless with a child. She seperated from her partner and he has failed to provide any kind of monetary support to her and their child. No one wants to give her a home or a job because of her face.

I hope Chapaak does touch this aspect of the survivors too instead of making everything sound hunky dory at the end.
