Our obscured eyes...shun to see!!

Hey guys,

Honestly, I would like each one reading this post to ask themselves that....foremost, "what did I think after seeing Armaan grab hold of Ridhima in a gripping way?"

My answer...that was so freakin intense and passionate.Everytime Armaan does anything like that...my brain simply reacts by saying that he loves her too much and just has this need to make her understand.Is that what it actually is??

When this show had started,it had done so through Ridhima's eyes...it was her emotions,her thoughts,her feelings and her voice that talked to us.

Then entered Dr.Armaan Malik. We wanted to know more about him. We needed to understand this man who swept us off our feet. We yearned to listen to his heart...his mind. We eventually got what we demanded from the DMG creatives.

So,here we are 8 months to DMG...and we can identify with every inch of Armaan's heart and mind. We KNOW him. Literally. We all are in love with him. We have adulation, affection, attatchment, devotion, fervor, fondness, lust, passion, respect, sentiment, tenderness, weakness, yearning and zeal for him.

Attatchment is the word. We all think we recognize him. So when he performs any action, we justify it in our minds. Like the example I gave above, he grips Ridhima roughly, I see that as holding Ridhima intensely.

But there are FLAWS in him that we refuse to see. Not simple ones like being childish sometimes or taking wrong decisions in situations. I'm talking about his "Fury".

Before leaving Sanjivani, Armaan had held Ridhima in a grip, and she had confessed to being unsure of him due to this reason. Missing him immensely, she had started out in search of him...only to find him in a boxing ring with tattoos on. She had met Ammy. The next time, she saw his violence come out on his opponent on the road.

The moment had arrived. He was going to kiss her. But she just couldn't let him. She was definitely uncertain about him now. Her heartbeat thumped only for him, but her mind just couldn't muster this persona of his.

Ridhima is at weakness in the audience's eyes. She is not given the chance to explain herself to us. She is not free to speak her mind and give her side of narration. But there is nothing she can do.

Beacuse the audience has spoken...and they have chosen to not bother about her explanations. And the creatives have decided to go with the audience's choice.

So...my suggestion???....

IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE ABILITY OR THE DIGNITY OF HEARING HER SIDE OUT, DONT ABUSE HER. BECAUSE IN THE END, SHE STILL REMAINS THE VICTIM.

ASOLUTELY BRILLIANT! I am so happy that you made this post! For those who think that Riddhima is "confused" and "doesnt deserve Armaan" they should read this. They arent letting Riddhima explain herself to us. Just because all of us have "feelings" for Armaan doesnt mean that we forget that Riddhima is there too. And franly, Im surprised that people dont empathize with Riddhima!

He keeps holding her in such a way...like hard. Even during the Heer Ranjha play, she was like Armaan mujhe dard ho raha hai. I mean its really hot to watch and stuff, seeing the man that you like yearning and pining like that (trust me, I find him really hot) but lately, hes been getting out of hand. He grabs her really hard at every little thing.

Dont get me wrong, I love Armaan but lately, hes been confusing me to. What is it that he wants?

And I wish that we would get to see this from Riddhima's point of view. But Im pretty sure I already know what shes thinking. Love is not a game, esp if you're in it for the long hall. This decision has to be made with a rational mind. And that is what she is doing.

Nobody is abusing her ... hearing her out.. well all I hear when she talks is 'throwing it at Armaan's face' about everything...

very well said. i totally agree with you cuz ridhima has a reason to behave the way she does. we all blame her for what she does, how she stays away from armaan n all, but she has justified reasons. right now i think armann is goin a bit overboard with this whole thing. but i guess the creatives needs sumtin to keep the story goin because they cant always show love sences. i think the story has a taken a new turn and it will be interesting to watch.

That's the most simply we can put it...we find everything passionately romantic if we encounter "our dream guy" like Armaan pining for someone like that.

Although,I don't think there's anything wrong with Armaan..he's the same man. Your just perceiving him in a different way because you have seen his violent past. Don't question him. The guy is still a "perfect dream".

Very well said 👏 i agree with u word for word and have been trying to make many understand this situation of Riddhima as well, she loves him dearly but this gesture of Armaan's, has put her into thinking, but her love for him has not become less, she didn't expect such a change from him even though i am sure she wanted to talk to Armaan about it and also tell him she needs time, she just can't do it because of the situation and Armaan's behaviour. Its both of their fault as they are not trying to understand deeply into each other but they still love each other a lot. Armaan too came back only because of her but just can't admit it to himself!
Just give her some days, she is trying to understand right now about Armaan and when he becomes the old irritating and tries to go away from her, she will come more closer to him. She has to become desperate because she loves him a lot and the time she always needed to think it out, is right here now.. 😳 😊

No, it's not like nobody hears her out or doesn't defend her...I do certainly see a lot of people doing that in many posts.

But I feel nobody quite understands her....including me ...which is quite justifiable given the amount of narration she's been subjected to. But comparing her defense to Armaan..we all can provide a long list of instances with our defense for Armaan...but we fall short with that for Ridhima.
