She looks great and always had an amazing body. Her weight has been consistent she's never had a heavy phase during her career and in motherhood. I wish she would put on a few pounds as her face looks harsh with the excessive weight loss which ultimately makes her look old. The Karishma from Chal Mere Bhai/Biwi no 1 was stunning

She was always slim but had a full face. Now that she’s obviously working out and probably sticking to a particular diet she looks thin and her face looks kind of gaunt. Not a good look. Beauty is subjective so to me she was never a stunning beauty anyway. But she looked better with a fuller face. Her dressing and fashion sense has improved a lot. She is easily one of the best dressed people these days. But to be fair the 90s in Bollywood was what the 80s were in Hollywood, bad gaudy styles.

As for work, I think she’s at that phase where she’s too young to play a mother and is considered too old to play a leading lady. Unfortunately Bollywood doesn’t write good stories for women in their 40s. I suspect in another 15 years or so she might make a come back as character actor.

In terms of looks, not really.
